Why are you taking the ■■■■?? Anybody on the milk run is a top geezer to me…sacrificing xmas day ensuring the milk gets delivered. Its the same for police/nurses and firefighters that are on duty xmas day…big thumbs up to you, you have my admiration.
Many many years ago I worked as a junior redcoat at Butlins, Bognor Regis and I had to work christmas day. It was the most miserable day in my life. The staff didnt want to be working and the guests for some strange reason were all miserable, like they didnt want to be there. It was like the guests there didn’t have any family so they decided spending xmas at Butlins would replicate the family experience but it certainly didnt feel that way. A really rotten day for all that was there.
Its the same for police/nurses and firefighters that are on duty xmas day…
Don’t forget the recovery/breakdown boys and girls.

But I’ll be out there tomorrow night again. Hopefully on the liners again, the bulkers are not much fun in this weather. Mind you, it was a bit more exciting a few weeks ago…

Luke me ol mukker ,2014 I left the royal navy and watching videos of you convinced me that as an educated and well dressed adult I could could have have a career in the industry,I have done OK (ish) and I will be honest as a person I love you , some of your resent posts ,uploadsI think are not “up my street”…but fair play to your dad,any one willing to carry on and provide service as normal on Xmas day is a hero in my mind
