Is it a knew craze to hang a cuddly toy on the rear towing eye of a car?
What’s it all about?
I wondered that! is it a sort of public hanging of their childhood or something?
Must be some kind of fad, it used to be cut coil springs to show how low the car was (by cutting the suspension springs)
Load of old bollox if you ask me …
Tipped at a depot on saturday and half the vans there had cuddly toys attached … to the mirrors or the back safeT bar or the grill.
When I asked what they were all about they wouldn’t tell me. Just stroked their noses and laughed. 
I have got a gollywog hanging in my back garden. I belt the dog with it every night in order to train him.
