ok will agree to disagree then as the arguement is obviously pointless.
My mistake, I didn’t realise it was an argument. I would have tried harder had I known.

the fact that an accident like this went to court shows that uk has an extremely low crime rate and very idle courts

no licence he shoudlnt have been driving so its not really just an accident is it? it was preventable by not driving something you have no training to doDoesn’t seem like he was on public roads so wouldn’t necessarily have needed a licence. Did you never drive something on private land before you had a licence? I know I did and I know countless others who did the same. Both my kids had a drive of my car on private land long before they had, or were old enough to hold, a licence. I would bet there are numerous members who were driving tractors and other vehicles on farms as soon as they were old enough to reach the pedals.
He’s probably moved vehicles in the car wash hundreds of times and tragically it went wrong once.
That bin truck driver has no doubt driven round George Square in Glasgow many times without incident until yesterday when it sadly went wrong for whatever reason. No that there’ll be an outpouring of vitriol if it turns out he doesnt have a ‘British’ name.
the name is not important, what is important is the fact that that the bin truck driver will undoubtedly have been covered by liability insurance, it seems that this driver was not
insurance will not bring any of these people back, but I were to lose someone loved by me, through negligence I would rather it be to a fully insured and licenced bin wagon driver than a unlicensed and uninsured Albanian who is probably on a flight home now

Then surely it should be the car wash owner who should face prosecution.
jeeez…the owner will almost certainly also be an Albanian. no insurance,no equity,no collateral, and legging it offski to start again up the road.along similar lines of the flipflop driving his astra from the back of the recovery truck in the other post…you cant get blood from a stone.

Personally, I can’t see why this comment is any less offensive than the moronic tweet that bloke was arrested for. And I’m not just talking about the primary school level written English.
