To be honest save your money. A lot of the rules are constantly changing so it would be out of date.

Go and read the Euro sticky s, lots of info also you can
get booklets from the government which give lots of
information,on various country’s, from the ministry of
transport I believe â– â– ? ; ALSO just ask away we have
lot,s of people on here , who can help you out with a answer.
