does anyone by chance know where the compound/ delivery site for the works on hammersmith bridge?
is it on the north or south?
I have a delivery of some metal beams for Monday anytime from 9am but all I have is hammersmith bridge and a mobile number.
yes I will ring said number when am about an hour away but in case he doesn’t answer or is useless with directions just asking thanks
Not wanting to be funny/critical but, surely your boss/company will have all the details of where it has to be delivered to.
Surely isn’t it up to them to get the details of how you get to said customer, especially as it’s London and then give said info to you.
Hammersmith Bridge itself has a weight limit on it and you haven’t said where you’re coming from, this will really help for us to help you.

Don’t be so stupid. At my place information like that gets as far as the planners, then not onto the driver as of course why would a driver want some useful information like that.
It’s closed, even if you were in a car, which must make an already painful part of the world a little less enjoyable to drive around:- tfl.gov.uk/status-updates/major … ge-closure
On second thoughts, I presume it’s actually improved traffic flow on the A4 even though that junction is not the last hold-up before the motorway. Anyone experienced this? Thankfully I haven’t had the pleasure of driving around London for a few years.
Santa:
If you look at a map, you can see that it will almost certainly be on the South side where there is a handy park. The North side is totally built up.
I did notice that and if it is on the south be a longer trip round
Think my best bet is.atop at beconsfiled services as need 45 mins anyway and phone them from there see where they are
Basically head to the bridge your see it’s coned off take next road on left bridge view road and there there have most of the road closed off to traffic
