Walking through Dumfries this morning and saw a traffic car sitting behind a old merc skip wagon. When I got closer I saw the sample from his fuel tank…might be wrong but thought diesel wasn’t meant to be a dark Burgundy colour! 
My heart went out to the filthy looking traveller type driver. Ok well I lied, it didn’t but I had a bloody good laugh. 
It was like that when he got it.

Was’ny one of the local outfit’s was it Happysack I wouldnt have thought they would get into that. I was on for the council and new most of them and that came about Lochar Moss. Eddie.
Fairly positive it was a merc. Plain white and rust coloured. No name or number.
certainly can’t see it being anything to do with oakbank or armstrongs.
I saw it as well. It was an old scrapper. Not seen it in Dumfries before.
