I haven’t rolled it, phone always put pics up sideways for some reason! Currently sat loading, with my keys in the ignition, all sizes connected, and no wheel chocks, can you spot the mistake?
Green light but if someone gets hurt it’ll still be your fault.
You have to remember you also have a duty of care to report this as its happening to prevent it from reoccurring
Loading on a green light is a RIDDOR, (alright it’s probably not), stop them immediately and shut site down for H and S inspection, unless it’s a Friday.

I did tell them about it, they claimed not to be aware of it, but knowing this place I take that with a pinch of salt!
Time to get the chalk out,cone off the area,close all local schools (think of the kids!),advise all residents to keep their doors and windows closed too just to be safe.
It was ok, I remembered my SAS training, and kept calm.
In this situation I think I would have pulled off to teach em a lesson.
