looks like a small crane chassis used for travelling sideways into narrow openings on sites
Scania 4 series, seen the like at the Avonmouth scania workshops.
The one on the first picture is definatly a vanilla magic tree air freshener.

since clamping wasnt having the desired effect this is the new procedure to force you to park in the correct place.

■■■■ ■■■■■■ - couldn’t get the fuel as there was an anti siphon device fitted, so they’ve had a few other bits away. Must have been chilly when the driver woke up in the morning!
