looks like a small crane chassis used for travelling sideways into narrow openings on sites

since clamping wasnt having the desired effect this is the new procedure to force you to park in the correct place.

■■■■ ■■■■■■ - couldn’t get the fuel as there was an anti siphon device fitted, so they’ve had a few other bits away. Must have been chilly when the driver woke up in the morning!
