Naturally, keeping a list of the answers would make it simple to check the results. Having gone back and made a list, I notice there are a couple of instances already where all the guesses are too low, but also times where all the guesses are too high.
A number of correct ones in there. After SDU’s post further up, I think for some of them at least I can add a photo of a wagon wedged in help narrow it down, before putting up the results a few days later.

Bridge 8 : A429 Chippenham to Cirencester, near Kemble.
Kemble might not be the closest point of reference, I’d think of the bridge on the A433 more, but I know you know this bridge!

That’s the notorious one in Romsey
I almost never drive that section, because of that bridge as I’m generally too high.
As a teenager I would see the adverts from On Yer Bike and dream of a future life with a 748, though I’ve never still visited that dealer or owned a Ducati. A few Aprilias is as close as I came.
It’s got three height markings , one for the middle and two for the left and right on the bridge.
