This is based on working for them about 18 months ago via agency might have changed since then. Some seem to like it, but suspect the class 1 drivers get treated better.
I also assume we’re talking about Griffins Logistics by the windmills off Ollerton Road between Tuxford and Ollerton and next to Walkers?
Everyone round here calls then Griffiths Haulage but according to their site they are Griffins Logistics, not to be mixed up with Griffins Freight of Retford (totally diff company). Might have changed name in the past.
Assume that 10 is the average so defo no single runs unleds its split intio 2 runs, and usually scattered around a wide area plus collections of course, thats assuming the piece of [fb] wagon they give you actually runs and stops. Bet the onsite garage is kept busy.
To give you an idea, some are so old they have (or had when i last worked there) analog tachos.
They a bit of a rush rush company and attitude you get to problems depends who you get in the office. Sometimes it was really helpful and sometimes its all your fault, regardless.
Not saying they the worst out there by a long way and some days were alright, but they needed new wagons and need to understand that not every failed delivery is not because the driver is incompetant. Sometimes crap days happen.
Drivers are a decent bunch however which is always good and forkies are former F1 drivers i think.
I found better on the end mostly due to attitudes of office plus I now do class 1 nights, even though its 25 miles instead of 5 but everyones mileage seems to vary. Talked to some who like them, and others like me didnt. But there are defo much much worse!
Best advice is go see if you fit in as its only temp to perm so you can oull out anytime.
Oh and yeah the wages arent brilliant but its class 2 multidrop. Most of this pretty much applies to most pallet companies to be honest.
Ps, please excuse typos as typing on phone and think i got them all, maybe.
