Hi all, what an informative forum!
I am looking at doing my C+E soon, going to do my theory before I contact a school (Lantrain in Lancaster).
My question is simple really…am I crazy?
I see a lot of negetivity on here regarding wages and work availability, is it true, or grumbling? 
I am not after earning a fortune, just a steady income of 4-500 a week, unreasonable?
I have an admin job currently that is driving me crazy.
Many employers/agencies want you to be age 25+ and have held the licence for 2 years as the insurers insist on it
If you can afford it then get your licences, stay in the job you have, sign up with many agencies and then hope for the odd day driving until something decent comes along
You can legally drive one day every other weekend if in a mon to fri job
Ah right, I didn’t know that, thanks. I’m 42, so age isn’t a problem, just no experience.
just go round all local places and ask if they would be willing to take u on if u do it, if they all say no would have to be somthing you realy want to do,
am 24 with no exerience and been offered class1 tramping job so jobs are there you just gota find them
