4.Change driving assestment rules. WHY these should be made harder, and should be make to do more reversing on the test

Add to that drivers shouldn’t have to drive in the dark.
We are like passengers of a very large ship which has been slowly sinking since it run aground and tore a catastrophic hole in it’s hull several decades ago.
It is taking so long to sink that most of the passengers don’t even notice it’s going down. They’re still sitting on their deck chairs complaining about how the waiter service is deteriorating and or how the crew should be doing their jobs better.

Ironically if there is one country in Europe that might see sense in that regard it is France.On that note Merkel is just living up to her old East German Socialist/Federalist Party roots.While hopefully it will be Le Pen who will sort out the loss of the idea of the Nation State.
