dont know where it is but its got to be in a truckstop, heaven forbid its in someones living room 
There’s a restaurant in Bridlington with something similar. 
I used to DJ in nightclubs in the 70’s & 80’s & worked for a while in a club in St Helens were the disco & lighting desks were situated in a Foden S80 cab that (like the one on the photo) had been mate to look like it had crashed through the wall.
