How do scaffolders get away with parking up all day and loading, especially in London where many bays are 20-25 minutes? I’ve even seen them stopped on red routes, assuming the site doesn’t have some sort of parking suspension in operation.
It’s a low ride unit and a vertically challenged person could reach the wipers 
I did see a couple of young female wardens walking about and I could’ve got them a go in a supercar instead of the ticket

There was a business man in London who went to the bank for a loan of £5000, the bank asked him if he had any security for the loan, to which the man told them he has a Rolls Royce outside, the bank processed his loan and told him they needed to keep the car until the loan had been repaid. After the man left, the car was taken down to the underground car park, locked up and it stayed there for 3 weeks. Upon the mans return he went into the bank, paid up the loan and was told the charge was £15.45p which he duly paid, the bank was puzzled and told the man that they had done a check on him and found that he was a millionaire, and yet wondered why he would want such a small loan, he told them that he had been on holiday for 3 weeks, and asked the bank where he could have parked his valuable car, returned 3 weeks later to collect it without so much as a scratch on it for the grand sum of £15.45p in Central London.
