are you still working for them andre?
Sorry I didn´t write anything for so long…
Yes I still work for them and I like it.
Everythings fine. I can´t complain at all. I´m back home every second weekend and the money is on time. Just like they promised at the beginning. The trips are quite hard running but it´s no difference to the work I did before for German hauliers.
I´ve got to leave at 9o´clock this evening and tip Augsburg and Munich tomorrow morning. Reload in the evening, finish my break and drive to the boat via Luxemburg.
Brit-Pete knows what I´ve been doing since I´ve started there. Maybe he could write something or answer any of your questions… Just like he did a few posts up this thread…

okay ladies & gentlemen it seems i have been put foward to ghost write apost for INSEL-DRIVER ,so let us begin,
For aboutjust over 4 weeks he wrote his first report, since then he has
been traverling a little with his lorry and was dropping off or reloading in the following Dortmund,Köln,Bergheim,Gensheim,Freiburg, Garching,Paris by the way
Wien,Slazburg,Linz, Modena,Pisa, Milan, They loads carried are varied and
maybe one trip light loads and the nexr QUITE heavy from Paper reels-
to Tiles from ITALY or Maschines crated for Ireland .The work is varied and has its ups and downs but if any one was to ask at least here where i am at now there will pay for the work done unlike many german firms who just said do it and would complain if you enquired as to a
financial reward for the extra work that you then had to do,The lorry is
after a visit to the workshops running good and the standard of saftey
service on the lorrys is in much respects better than by some firms in germany, we do not have this 6 week service system as in GB and
rely on the driver to point out defects before the vehicles next saftey
check every 6 months, At this time we tank as much as possible in
Luxemburg which helps to keep the costs down, ANY TYRE PROBLEMS ON THE ROAD AND OUT COMES A SERVICE WAGON;
and as for breakdowns well i had one about two weeks ago in France and the Scania system is one which needs to ensure that when a customer says help ,even if it is the weekend they decide and not scania
as to when the mechanic comes out as Scania told the mechanics firm to wait until the morning because it would be cheaper, my boss was a
litle irate at these people and had spoken to them with the help of some anglo-saxon remarks and so hopefully they now understand,
Right at present i am onmy way to Innsbrück and have a delivery there on
Monday 4-4-05 for about 1000hrs then i have to do a second drop in
Wien , where upon my TM will inform me what i have to do next.
okay hope the post is informative enough i will try to do better with the next post,
