0300 start so will be dark as well 
Never touched a w and d so should be interesting
Quite happy as i only passed my class 1 last friday.

Go for it Geeez, as far as i know, W&D is a bit more difficult reversing, but easier out on the road, as in, it basically follows the truck,

WnD is easy to reverse if you make small adjustments to steering and make sure you catch the trailer up before it gets out of shape. Coupling is a bit different though. Make sure the pin is locked in. Some are sprung loaded handles and can be a pain if you aren’t quite level.
As said, take your time. The TM or planner might be trying to rush you but if you rush it with a loaded vehicle you are likely to come unstuck.
