Are Gordano Services a good place to grab a quick 45 during the night? I’m looking for a quick easy and reliable parking option that is free of charge.
unsure on gordano at night but if you head into avonmouth towards the docks you will see a burger van on youre right go upto the roundabout and head back towards the were you just come off the m5 as you come off roundabout slit off left and park there for youre 45 if ever stuck i often night out on that road even though i live in bristol just too much of a pain to go back to our yard between bath and keynsham everynight
Personally I’d give that burger van a swerve considering the number of rats I’ve seen around it.
Yea there ok I frequent there quite a bit , does get busy but always found a spot unlike the ■■■■■■■■ what is sedgemoor

Gets quite full up there at times.
Thanks for the tips
How do you do a QUICK 45 ?
Wouldn’t it be better to have a slow 45

I always thought the speed of the 45 could be varied according to the rate of pay.
Took me over 45 minutes just to leave the car park in gordano yesterday!
Was in the car, but trucks couldn’t get out either. Absolute gridlock.
Some old woman in a pink hi vis trying to direct traffic without much success.
Was sat in the same spot for a good 20 minutes before we crawled forward an inch.
Only popped in for a pee after coming back from exmoor.
If you’re in a car or van the Rudgligh Inn is good for food
Instead of turning into Gordano keep going round & take the next left for Bristol - its a couple of minutes on the left
As said a pain to get out of and no good for 4g

My hovercraft is full of eels
If later in evening it’s best to bypass the truck park & head for the car park, it’s always a lot of car transporters but never failed to find a space
Plus if your front reg plate just happened to of broke/fallen off that day [emoji12] then the overnight parking was free
