Good work horse

In my humble opinion , keep it daf, volvo or Scania ,
Spend has much as you can afford !

spend your money in the pub might as well as flush it down the toilet enjoying yourself than thinking you might as well as flush it down the toilet kicking yourself .trust me keep an open mind whilst looking don’t go looking for any one make/model of truck at the kind of money your looking at spending its pot luck and you could be stud looking at one particular truck but with a better truck is parked next to it .its been a good truck so far with problems that can happen to any truck. it is thirsty for what it is. its biggest problem for me been its ■■■■■■■ engine not the engine itself but working on it mechanics who no what there doing with a ■■■■■■■ engine seem few and far between .ive had an electrical problem with it that needed it to be plugged in and only man could do it and only 1 out of 3 local man dealers had the software to do it which is a bit of a concern .parts back up seems ok with man daf spurious and ■■■■■■■ themselves been pretty good but you do get some who hear foden and struggle even though it the exact same part as daf 85 .if you go looking a one take it for a long test drive get it hot and when you get back pop your head under the front and look at the front axle below the fuel filter you will soon see if the engines got breathing problems it may look worse than what it is but it a price haggling point .all things said and done am pretty pleased with it its had a hard life a still runs pretty good it pulls very well for a 420 even with the work its on and with a bit of money all be it dead money spent on it it will /should last .but it aint no man f2000
