I can only speak for ourselves, but the demand for training is fast outstripping our current capacity (which isn’t exactly small!). We’re employing another fully qualified, DSA Registered instructor and another Customer Care Advisor to cope with the demand.
In addition to this we’re running a further day of tests every week at our private test centre to satisfy demand.
Had to move quickly or I would have been dragged out of retirement - - again!
This is a direct result of the great increase in demand for drivers.
It’s good for everyone; the only “loser” is the employer who is having to compete with others to attract drivers.
