Good - bad what?

Doing some sums it looks like 2.6 km/l which is 6.2mpg? Someone more brainier can confirm

i think your focusing on the wrong thing,MPG,your focus needs to be on use of cruise, idling, braking, thats so im led to believe, our driver trainer said mpg is irrelevant :exclamation: :exclamation: :exclamation: :exclamation:

at that speed it was across country

I think you’ll find the trip computer’s working in km/h not mph. 53km/h is just over 30mph.

923k at an average speed of 53.1kph = over 17½ hours■■?

I hope that wasn’t ONE day’s work.

In ‘English’ money I worked it out at 7.4mpg, at the speeds indicated it suggested to me minor roads, which for that mpg is not too bad in my opinion - I have known similar and even worse fuel consumptions when using major roads; of course weight also has a bearing, but the time also suggests minor roads.

rather than jump to conclusions can you give us a bit more info -
CF / XF
Spacecab / Superspacecab
What were you carrying , type of trailer , weight
What was your route - start , finish and type of roads .
All the above with the 2 screenshots will mean we can make a better decision on weather its good or bad.

Goodness, doesn’t Beefy like his details!

Could we also be told what you had for breakfast that day? had you had a bowel movement in the previous 24 hours? did you, in the course of your journey, come across any Badgers or Deer in the road?
Was it raining?

…and most importantly: What is the terminal velocity of an unladen Swallow?

if it was an empty flat up the motorway its bad , if it was a loaded liquid tank cross country its better . Can you tell what it was ?

If it averages to 7.4 thats average for a tipper. Ours range from that upto 10mpg.

Average MPG is what will take all of that into account, reset it at the start of each week.

I used to do that but not allowed to anymore as workshop do it during servicing.
