Have recently requested my digi card application from them. It came today. Twice. No wonder they charge a ■■■■■■ fortune for anything they do. 
Here in wales we get every form from DVLA twice, one in English and one in Welsh.
I need to remove points and change my address on my licence, and also change the address on my ADR.
I’m actually quite scared to send it in, as I’ve heard so many stories of categories ‘going missing’.
It’s a sad state of affairs when the only proof of what you can drive is the washed out, torn, stained bit of paper that hides in the side pocket of your bag. As DVLA obviously have no idea what categories we hold.
