Good news from Skittle

Hi all,

Its been a while since I last posted on here. Some of you might remember me from around Christmas ( 16th December) time when I posted about my unfortunate events of booking through a third party, and becoming Ill halfway through my course, and losing my hrs and test money when I had to cancel.

Well…

In February I was thrown a very nice lifeline.I was walking through the corridor of the warehouse I work at and seen a poster advertising for “Warehouse to wheels” candidates  I applied and I got fast tracked has I had already done the medical and theory/hazard test etc. I did my class 2 June 10th but failed because of an A hole going too fast on a round-a-bout  I sat it again June 24th and I PASSED!! My CpC Mod 4 was July 9th and passed that 100%

I start my new job on Monday (double manning) and will be on my own from August.

My only gripe with all this learning they throw at us newbies,is the CpC. Professional competence comes with experience right?? I done nothing yet and yet I have a certificate for it. Just feels wrong or am I missing something.

Anyway…

Hi all, I’m Skittle and I’m a class 2 driver

Greetings dear chap.

Well done Skittle, glad you get there in the end & best of luck for the future!

Great news mate! Alls well that ends well.
