If you are currently in a mon to fri job then generally you can only drive for one day every other weekend due to EU tacho weekly rest rules
The other job will also need recording but it seems in the UK the DVSA are happy with a diary showing those hours

I am also looking for a good agency, I’ve started driving since October and was doing okay but it’s all gone quiet now, the last time I worked was just after Christmas, I am thinking of giving up. Any advice please?

I’m in the same sort of boat mate and have quickly came to the conclusion that it’s best to register with any and all agencies as opposed to good or bad… some have supposed ‘higher’ criteria you should meet but it’s down to supply and demand at the end of the day. If you can accept the low wages of most agencies, then whether it’s good or bad is down to the company you actually go driving for.
