Stick 44t on it & then let’s see if it can manage the same

Cool. How many times can you do that before the battery is dead? 'cause I’m pretty sure that range they advertise excludes excessive acceleration (and still waiting to see payload capacity which is strangely missing still after all these years of hyping up less relevant factors)

Bit like a V8 Scania then?
Fuel economy suffers if you use a heavy right foot, no matter what the fuel source.

"The gross combination weight of the Tesla Semi with a fully loaded trailer is 82,000 lbs (37,195 kg).
With such a load, the Tesla Semi is promised to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph (96.5 /km/h) in 20 seconds, as well as being able to achieve a highway speed limit at a 5% grade"Tesla Semi Website Updated: Refreshed Specs, No More Orders?

UK m-ways generally are no more than 3% grade.

Agreed still no unladen weight. If it carries less than a Transit it is useless.

God gave the DAF XF a turbo lag to give a Scanny V8 a chance

Electric scooters are fast. Until you put a lot of weight on them :stuck_out_tongue:. Then they slow down considerably.

Looks like it could make a good truck for parcel trunking companies though.
