Going South feels faster

Is just me,but when in euroland, the truck feels lighter and goes faster going south, but when coming north,it just drags, and feels like it takes longer, and get tired quicker. Is it due to the magnetic gravitational pull on the surface of the Earth.Dont get these symptons, say from Gibraltar to Valencia for a re load back to old blighty.Positive and negative iron static charges in the atomosphere, affect driver fatigue, feel great before and after a big storm, and refreshed,if had my way could drive 20 hours NON stop,!!! :exclamation:

Going north you are heading back to the too well known , the things places and people that you have known all your life and will never change.
Going south on every trip there is something of the unknown about it there is always that something different that new experience just around the corner

Its down hill

Its down hill

Exactly  :sunglasses:

Or it could be that because we don’t make sweet fa any more that there’s a lot less too export where as all the loads back to the uk are full, sometimes very full loads.
