I’m a agency driver, been using Nova for a while, but want to set up a limited company, what’s the best way and pros & cons?

the eaisest way to setup is one of the online jobs, about £70 i think and they do it all for you

Thanks Chaversdad, I’ve had a look at some of the sites, but confused a little, do I want a Limited company or Sole trader? Can anyone give me their view please? :slight_smile:

Ltd Company.
One of the Agencies I’m with pay £10 P/H PAYE on Nights and £12 P/H Ltd on Nights. One of the chaps I ‘work’ with gets £13.10 P/H because of a tax rebate or some new business thing.
If I had ‘work’ from these cowboys I’d set up a Ltd Company.

BTW, most agencies won’t touch a sole trader, something to do with Tax and NI not getting paid :cry:
