Aye bud its the same thing mix of over nights and normal shifts.iam on it to
give them a shot. you’ll soon get the gist of it. 
Been there, agency and full time wouldn’t recommend it (full time that is),would do the berry season with them but only as agency, unless you like working for nothing…
