In reply to the posts to drivers asking what Gist take out of Eccleshall…they supply chicken products from two sisters food group and pork products from Tulip to Tesco Sainsburys Lidl and Netto. Tranship or carry M&S products to Crewe and other Gist depots. Apparently losing lots of cash on a weekly basis due to an idiot working in the office lol got this from my partner who works out of Gist through Pertemps. Its money coming in and we have a baby on the way but most of the time Pertemps are trying to compete with the peeps in the transport office and not winning

Would guess its from the idiots in planning at Spalding, the depot just does as the planners say. The one I work out of regularly has empty truck coming in for non existant loads, or loads waiting to go and trucks no planned. For the first few weeks they allowed the depot to plan and it all went smoothly, went down hill fast when planning was moved to Spalding.
