i have been offered tramping work with this lot and wondered if anyone has worked for them before? not interested in pay rates but i am interested in whether the work is all planned before i leave the yard or if its a matter of getting to the destination then finding out where you are heading next. also, whether they are on the phone all day or just let you do your job
