Most assessors want to see a safe, progressive drive. Whilst this is the aim during training, it’s not always achieved to a brilliant standard. But it comes with practice, work and experience. Please don’t attempt to drive like a learner - it isn’t the way forward!
Remember to ask as many questions as you need to be able to give a decent drive. Don’t blag.

Good luck with your assesment. Are you a new driver I ask cos the gist depots by me are recruiting but are asking for the usual 2 years experience
got 5 months driving behind me but they said aslong as the assesment is ok they will make me shadow another driver for three to four weeks
Part of your three hours will be an induction to the work place and forms to fill in.

Just out of interest, did you apply direct to Gist? How long did you have to wait for them to get back to you?
Reason I ask is a applied for a job over 3 weeks ago via job centre website, and when I log onto my job centre account it says my application has been received but yet to be viewed.

Smashed it!!!start when I want so giving 2weeks notice to present job taking a week off then start.
I rung them direct and then sent my cv. After I finished my cpc I rung again to notify them. Then they arranged the interview straight away in the same phone call. I would say I first rung them 3 weeks ago
