Bit bad really. Ultimately this was caused by another driver hitting the tanker from behind, yet all the publicity has been about the tanker (or its load).
Yup, it’s a HGV accident so everyone can laugh and joke about it, including the police.

the other driver being a driver in another truck…way to go speed limiters and cruise control… 
I read a few of the comments from members of the public on the highways Twitter about this. They are all going on about no surprise when you see how close HGVs drive to each other. Sad is thing is they are correct.
