any imfo about the above would be usefull money work ect usual stuff please
Don’t know much about them money etc. I know they haven’t going long.
From what I gather from the drivers the money not too bad…work…well gibbards are very pally with Coltons so nearly all year round your likely to be working for us doing tate and lyles work or dock trailers failing that prob on containers ex tilbury…no new trucks on there your likely to end up with an older motor 06 onwards …
you been back on coltons long dog ?
A year next week fella not a bad job tbh
i worked for Coltons, paul is good to work for and his dad does the servicing, good company, trucks maybe old but very well looked after. And i understand the money is better now
I got an 03 plate but its mint … I like the Job…we have good work and as you said the lorries are well maintained …I get ok with Paul and Keith and I take home minimum £500 every week …how long ago did you work for Coltons ?
i really dont think the age of a truck is important as long as its maintained and fit for the type of work you do what does it matter what reg it is

Stan is Glen’s Dad, Glen has had lorries for about ten years now and still has the first driver he employed AFAIK. If you do the job properly you’ll have nothing to worry about, he’s a nice bloke and won’t ever mess around with your money, he is quite close to paul at Coltons, but has plenty of his own work too, they work alongside each other, sharing work here and there.
One word of warning though, don’t upset his uncle Jimmy, you’ll wake up with a crowd around you if you do
