Getting a medical done

Does any body know where I can get a medical done,I know you got a 12 months extension but I rather get mine done.I based in Cheshire area

Just fill the form and send it back. You wont find a doctor doing it unless you try Peter Smythe. Otherwise it will expire then next year you can do it.
