Get well messages for Steve Bryant please

Steve Bryant last driving job Ralph Davies, previously Compton from Poole before that P.M.Clarke and various other north Devon hauliers.
Friday and Saturday I visited Steve in a nursing home in Trianna Spain, this is close to where he has made his home for the last 10 years or more,
last year sadly his wife Ronnie passed away now he has no one to look after him at home . He is being looked after in this home where there are no English residents and not sure English speaking carers. Those of you who know Steve know his only interest is and was trucks,so if anyone would like to send a message to him on here I will take it and show him next Sunday. Thanks in anticipation Cliff Luxton.

Morning Cliff
I dont think I know him , but if this Triana near Velez Malaga I would be only to happy to visit him when we are back but by the looks of it that wont be until new year now , I notice on another thread that Gazzer is on his way back and he does not live to far from Velez .maybe he knows him and maybe able to visit.

Yes Cliff I remember Steve when he used to drive for Comptons.I wish him well and get better soon.Regards Geoff.

Steve and his Mrs. came to our restaurant in Colmenar about 6 years ago, he recognised me. As soon as he spoke I realised it was Cornish Steve. I visited his house in passing but due to the crisis my work took a downturn and had no cause to pass by. I had heard his wife had passed away. When I made the effort to call by no one was in. When Cliff gives me which “Resedencia” Steve is in I will make the effort to call in and see him at Triana, near Benamargosa, near El Trapiche (TROPS remember loading from there RD boys? Where Contravelma come from?) near Velez Malaga, Near Malaga, 2.5hours from Bournemouth!!! It’s a small world!

Dont know Steve Bryant, nevertheless i wish to pass on my best wishes to him please.

E.W.

I am going to see Steve tomorrow, would anyone else like to send a message.

Thanks E.W car truck and bus.

Dont know Steve but would like to wish him all the best and I am certain that goes for everyone here on trucknet.

Hi Cliff/Steve, Hope you feel better soon - you will remember me as an O/D for Ralph then working in the office there .Take care regards Noel Minchew

Cliff my name is Ian Hellawell and I drove for A.S Rawlings for 18 years I can remember PM Clarke trucks shipping out of Portsmouth with us many times so although I don’t know Steve by name I may well have crossed paths with him at some time
I live for 4 to 5 months a year near Comares just a few ks from Trianna so if someone can get me some details I will gladly pay him a visit when I go back at the beginning of Feb in the meantime all the best to you Steve Feliz Navidad.

Hi Cliff
As Ian has said above ,as you know we spend a lot of time in Sedella and I will visit Steve when we are there early next year , if he used to ship out Truckline as you and I did I am sure I must know him .
