They certainly do. All vehicles over 12t, regardless of country of registration.
(Apart from the exempt vehicles, of course)

i am one of the few,and i am off the job at the moment.
going back to the 80s,there would have been a chance of finding someway around it.
now its all poles driving irish trucks.
they wouldnt be of the same mentality as us
they dont know anything about the old fun and games that we had in the past…
