What in the [zb] was he thinking?
A few years ago in the good old US of A an individual named Douglas Feldman took exception to being allegedly cut up by a truck whilst riding his Harley, he rode up alongside the trucker and shot him in the head, killing him there and then, 45 minutes later he was still in a rage and saw a tanker driver discharging fuel at a filling station, went up to him and shot him dead. He was caught, banged away on death row and was given the lethal injection last year, just goes to show what idiots are about! I sometimes curse if someone cuts me up, but I think shooting someone is a little over the top! 
If someone sees fit to carry a gun around with them all the time - they’ll find some reason to use it sooner or later.
…Ie. Everyone who carries a gun is a potential nutcase.
If everyone carrying one as part of their job were put through virorous training, psych evaluations, and regular allignment checks - the world would be a much safer and happier place to live in.
