You can do this every day for every week of the year
Work for 11 hours and drive for 10 out of those 11 hours
Example might be
Start 6am and finish 6pm with 1 hour of work and 1 hour of break during that 12 hour shift
Every monday to sunday

Amazing how this is allowed - thanks for this.
So if a driver did not work at all on, say, Monday and had an emergency call out at ten at night, the emergency ends at 03.00 Tuesday morning, can they they do a full shift?
Presumably in your example above of they had two hours break they could finish at 7pm?

I agree - think that the emergency does not mean any time doing this does not need to be recorded.
