Looks like someone was a complete muppet and borderline incompetent. They were in that oversized load / carrying the portacabin load? Maybe arrived through the gateway ok then tried departing with it the same way?
I remember taking a wrong turn on a back road in Belgium, only way to turn round was back in towards this medieval style old chapel numerous shunts…tight as arse holes, and my own was twitching a bit.
Luckily it was a left hooker othewise it would have been a blind sider which would have been even worse. 
Easy to make assumptions and condemn, but the guy has my sympathy…
