can any one tell me where i can get free updates for my garmin nuvi250w ie speed cameras or weight restrictions

most speed camera updates are a cost thing the one in my link is currently 16 quidish and is updated usually every 2 weeks at a mimimum
try the garmin website. speed cameras are built into the software, I just updated mine, free of charge
tryied the garmin site but they want to charge
as said most charge for speed cams many unit sgive free period of update and then charge after that
you could try the torrents or p2p site but i would say that many of the feeds are absolute rubbish data
