I’m not really a gardener , but like to keep it nice & neat , worst I’d done was cut through the cable on the electric hedge trimmer
Then I decide to do a bit of pruning , Bern doing it for 40 ish years , no issues , this time I nigh on cut end of finger off with secateurs, just hanging on by a bit of skin , they normally struggle to get blood out of me , but never seen so much , not painful , just loads of blood .
They managed to stich it back on but 50/50 whether I will loose it
At least I’ve an excuse not to cut the grass now .
Hiya Doze…
By coincidence I’ve been gardening most of day on and off, luckily no mishaps other than my back aching like ■■■■.
Had an easy day planned, but it all started when my Mrs asked me if I would mind trimming her bush.
Hope your mitt gets better soon.
That is all well and good, but if her motivation is because she has someone coming over in the week and she wants it tidy, I might take issue…
Jeez I never thought of that mate.
Tbf she has had a young gardener guy around to tidy it up in the past, he even billed her for it, and a bit too much as it turned out… but as he had already done the job he had her over a barrel.
Think we’ll leave it there all this innuendo has turned it into ‘Carry On Trucknet’
Thanks rob , we shall see , my mrs was moaning as she’d told me to put my feet up , should of listened
.
Aye these women have a habit of talking good sense.
Mine is an expert at it…she has prevented me from getting into all sorts of trouble over the years…she’s my calming influence.
