Garda shaft over weight truck

I’m suprised they let him carry on his merry way

after letting a provisional licence holder with 5 kids unrestrained in the back of her car carry on, the over load seems trivial in comparison, and they let her drive off with them still loose in the back :open_mouth:

I’m even more surprised that they let the first woman away with 5 kids in the back of the car when she only had a provisional Licence :open_mouth: :open_mouth:

600 Euros for 5500kg seems fair to me

and who says the irish aint worried about te tad over weight haha .

theres a reason most have v8 stamped on the front

and the women with 5 kids unbelivable but maybe officer didnt wasnt to get done for been racists you no what there like .

I had to laugh when the driver decided to take his tacho break and made the Garda wait for half an hour at the side of the road…!

Wonder what they would have done if he said he was taking his 45 hour rest at that point!!

wondered why they didnt make him move to the weighbridge and then sign his tacho… then make him have the break…
i always thought they could make you move off your break …■■
