Shame this tipper driver didn’t switch his flashing Amber lights on. Then it would have been a perfectly legit manouvre… 
Listening to the clip though, all the damage around there is caused by cars!! Just because someone has filmed one hgv doing a wreckless manoeuvre its deemed enough for national coverage!!!
