They have got Quite a few long term employees Although when you talk to some people they reckon its not to clever A bit regemental I think they like to know the far end of a ■■■■ & are always filling paperwork in.As far as i know monies about average for the area but the tackle seems to be well looked after.Hope that helps although its only hear say Ive never actually worked for them.
