Agency. You will be most likely doing multidrop but its experience. Keep plugging away, make sure you take care of the truck and be respectful to other drivers etc. Soon companies will no longer ask for an “agency driver”, they will ask for you personally.

+1

Register with an agency or 2, they will soon send you somewhere when they need a bum on a seat regardless of experience etc. If you don’t ■■■■ it up they’ll send you again. Only takes a few shifts. Soon as they know you are reliable and respectful of clients equipment and methods you’re in. Couple of weeks of that and the client will start to show an interest in you.

Beauty of agency is if its not a good fit for you you can stay with the agency and keep spinning the roulette wheel till you get sent to a client you like. Important thing is ALWAYS keep the client happy and the agency will love you. Lots of donuts on agency which makes it easy to look good. After a while you get to start picking and choosing where you are sent… always with the option to make it more permanent if they like you and you like them.

Good luck with it.
