hey im a student at coventry university doing a project on trucks, im attempting to design a more off road truck that is able to cope with insane terrain not just your usual motorways.
i was wondering if any drivers had any tips or potential requests for ideas in new trucks, anything that can be improved or done better? anything really?
also i have to go into depth in the engineering side and unfortunetly my knowldege in that field is quite thin so if you have any information like engine data, suspension, chassis construction and that area of things i would be greatly appreciated. pictures, photos, data would be great.
Would any one happen to know the materials trucks and lorries are made from and maybe manufacturing techniques? What kind of metals and plastics, that kind of thing?
