Had my module 4 CPC show and tell test today, the final test to get me fully qualified and legal. I passed with 85%, not top marks but a pass all the same! I’m really chuffed, just waiting on my CPC card and digi card to arrive now! I don’t think my nerves can take much more of a battering after 1 theory test, 3 hazard perception tests, a case study test, 2 practical tests and a module 4! Quite relieved its all done with for now, until around March/April when I start my class 1 training (unless I can get it sooner).
Anyway, the mod 4 test was pretty straight forward, there was me and a woman doing our training together for about an hour before hand, I had a good idea of what to expect so I wasn’t too worried. We did the training and test in a 4.5 ton Merc’ Sprinter, which I found to be easier as naturally its smaller and theres less to check. I didn’t even have to demonstrate how to use a restraining device. I felt pretty daft half the time when pointing out the obvious but that’s what they want to hear. The poor woman who was before me failed, fingers crossed she gets a pass soon she seemed proper gutted
Anyway, onwards and upwards, time to try and get some experience!
