My prices are for 2 44t tractors mate I was running 3 last year didn’t seem to affect prices when I went down to 2

They are really chasing the business ATM, even Certas said they couldnt beat it, their credit terms arent the greatest, so I`m playing them against Certas next week to see if I can get a reaction 
We are still busy, although the empty mileage has crept up slightly last week, which I`m paranoid about

I closed our FCS account because of their continuos flirting with the truth, and the other one of a similar name also got the boot because they were outright cheats, I can`t bring myself to mention their name as the taste is still very bitter 
Hold up on the Friday fill up heard there might be a 4p drop in prices
I asked them to close the account, they were never in the ball park and i got fed up trying to get a fair rate now n again

It took me over a year to get a decent account manager, the previous model was clueless, which sounds similar to your situation
But, even my present one goes off piste at times, and loses the plot, you just need to play them at their own game and shuffle the pack [IMO]
