OPEC is a cartel anyway - a group of oil producing companies colluding to fix the wholesale price of crude, so what’s the difference?

Of course they have been fixing the prices, specially when you get some countries that pay a fraction of the price we do. Looking at you USA and Dubai!

UK fuel price is fixed by UK government, no on else is to blame for the price of fuel!!!
Fuel companies are in no way to blame for the high cost of fuel in the UK!!
