I would say DKV and UTA are best, though I think you have to pay for them. EDC and AS24 seem to be quite popular though.

AS24 are good. you can get downloads done on the tak and drive all over europe.
pay tolls, truckwashing, etc.
you used to only be able to use them at their own bunkering sites, but plenty of petrol stations are on the list now.
and they are usually the most competitive.
it’s a good idea to carry a DKV card as well, just in case.

We have just been taken off shell and.put.on this as24fuel cards in uk been looking for a direct truck site locator with no joy the books they gave us are in french sounds about right

I have added the tom tom poi for as24 ,have to say its great most of the time in germany,benelux.
