Late for first drop @ Costco lutterworth due to not being happy with way lorry was loaded and waited till it was switched around…
Got there late, expecting to be declined, but to my surprise he told me to go get the reference / documents enclosed from the pallet, I did thinking i was a lucky SOB, only for him to screw it up, throw it in the bin then tell me im declined… i wasn’t impressed to say the least and he got messy with his stamp over the manifest paperwork and basically told me to … off
So i went on and got to the collection from a prison… lorry steering wheel lock got jammed and wouldn’t unlock, myself and the guards trying to get it going, meanwhile the prison couldnt open other doors etc cause of security lol. Wiped key with baby wipes and it eventually worked (dno whether its cause of that)
After a hour wasted got lucky and got delivery @ (DHL) staples accepted 35 mins late 
some good staff though to be fair.
Went in Malcolm group for a drop, pretty awesome place, then last drop ASDA lutterworth… immediately got put through tipped and some great staff in office who actually care/help you out (paperwork takes a bit though)
Really shocked how the first drop, idiots at security think they can treat anyone the way
